Hugh Wiedman has over 30 years of senior level experience in real estate acquisitions and development in the South Florida market. He is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of all aspects of the organization and for designing, improving and implementing systems and policies. Mr. Wiedman manages the business relationships of the company as the Project Manager for SkyPalace at Mary Brickell Village, where his responsibilities include the coordination of marketing, sales, construction, financing, accounting and administration.
Mr. Wiedman was previously Director of Development with the Dahlawi Group, an overseas real estate investment group with a global portfolio of properties. In South Florida, Mr. Wiedman oversaw the management of the downtown Miami Hyatt Regency Hotel, the initial restoration of the Freedom Tower, and the former Columbus & McAllister Hotels which were redeveloped in 1990 to the Columbus Bazaar Retail Center. Worldwide, he assisted in the oversight, acquisition and management of Hotels in Europe, the Middle East and the Caribbean and residential properties in Oregon and Nevada. Mr. Wiedman was also the local managing director of the investment group’s Florida insurance company and finance companies.
Prior to the Dahlawi Group, Mr. Wiedman was Director of Acquisitions for Worsham Brothers Development Group where he was involved with the restoration and redevelopment of the Coral Gables Biltmore Hotel, the development and operation of the Miami Hyatt Regency Hotel, the management of the RiverParc Hotel and the economic restructuring of the St. Paul Hotel in St. Paul Minnesota.
After receiving his Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of Miami in Biology and Chemistry, Mr. Wiedman went on to earn a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Miami with concentration in Finance and Marketing.
Isos Y. Stamelos-Monroe leads the sales efforts for SkyPalace at Mary Brickell Village. With over 10 years of experience in the real estate market, Mr. Stamelos- Monroe possesses great strength in his ability to creatively structure transactions. As Director of Acquisitions for 4 years at Skyline Equities Realty, Mr. Stamelos-Monroe is well-equipped with the knowledge, experience and drive to lead the sales and marketing of SkyPalace at Mary Brickell Village.
Mr. Stamelos – Monroe is responsible for cultivating and maintaining the company’s business relationships which include opportunity funds, private investors and other various clienteles across the globe. With more than 6 years of experience in the marketing, sales and leasing of luxury residential condominium properties and commercial properties, Mr. Stamelos-Monroe possesses the skill necessary to successfully market and sell real estate in order to achieve maximum profitability in the shortest time period for the company.
Mr. Stamelos – Monroe attended DePaul University pursuing a double major in Finance and Marketing. He is a member of Leadership 100 and a Knight Commander with the Sovereign Military Order of the Temple of Jerusalem.
Dr. Vayanos spearheads the Skyline executive team’s Communications efforts. He is in charge of Branding and Identity Development, Communication Planning, Creative Concept Development, Crisis Communication and Issues Management, Internal Communications, Marketing Campaigns and Materials, Media Relations, News Releases, Social Media & Online Community Management, Web site Design and Development, Writing and Editing, Community Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives for Skyline.
Dr. Vayanos is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and has been active in the real estate industry in the US and the European Union for over 15 years, in all aspects of the business, including brokerage, development and investment. From his days as a licensed Commercial Real Estate Sales Associate in Manhattan, NY, to his real estate development consulting career as Managing Director of S.G.V. Consulting, LLC, in Miami, FL, Dr. Vayanos’ business philosophy focuses on building mutually beneficial strategic relationships and alliances.
Dr. Vayanos holds a B.A. in Human Development, an M.T.S. in History of Faith, an M.Div. in Patristic Ethics and a Th.M. in Social Ethics from Hellenic College-Holy Cross, an M.B.A. in Strategic Management and a Ph.D. in History and [Business] Ethics from Boston College, and a Ph.D. in Adult Education from the University of Athens, Greece.

As Director of Business Development Mr. Bibr overseas the Contract Administration Department and conducts market research analysis. Mr. Bibr ensures that necessary purchase documents are fully executed keeps track of remaining inventory and pricing, acts as a liaison and coordinator between the buyer and the closing agent, prepares proforma statements, and creates a detailed market analysis on local real estate market.
Mr. Bibr has been with Skyline since 2002 when he worked as a leasing director for Skyline Century of Progress, a 300-unit luxury rental high-rise residences in downtown Chicago. He has also managed all commercial assets holdings for the company including Lake Point Tower Rennaisance Plaza. Mr. Bibr is the companies expert in green building development and efficiency expert as well as assists the Acquisition Department in conducting its proforma runs and analysis.
Mr. Bibr relocated to the United States in 1996 after successfully starting up his own hospitality business.
Mr. Bibr attended School of Architecture in Brno in the Czech Republic majoring in civil engineering and later attending Harold Washington and Truman Colleges in Chicago. He currently holds a Florida Real Estate Broker license and an Illinois Real Estate Salesperson license.
Orlando is the Vice President of Construction & Design for SkyPalace at Mary Brickell Village. With more than twenty years in the construction industry and fifteen years of experience in South Florida, Orlando understands what projects have the required elements of success. He has extensive experience handling all aspects of development, construction management, planning and architecture. While working for some of the most prestigious architectural firms in Miami, he has been involved in fifteen high- rise condominium developments that amount to 4,500 units with a sell-out value of over $2 billion (US).

Mr. Carrillo was born in Bethesda, MD and grew up in Fairfax County, Virginia. He studied Architecture, Urban Affairs & Planning and Interior Design at Virginia Tech.
Jose Villar is the Vice President of Accounting for Skyline Equities Realty, developers of SkyPalace at Mary Brickell Village. Jose has more than 10 years experience in the real estate industry and he has been involved in all aspects of the development process, from the early pre-development and pre-construction stages, all the way through top-off, closing and post-closing. He has also extensive experience in income producing property management that includes apartment buildings, warehouses and shopping centers.
Prior to joining Skyline Equities Realty, from his early days as Controller for Intradeco, Inc., to his appointment as Assistant to the Senior Controller / Vice President of Operations for the Related Group and most recently as Property Controller for Terranova Corporation, Jose has extensive experience in cash flow management, budget presentation and financial analysis of new developments, forecast budgets and present equity and financing scenarios for new projects, monthly budget and variance analysis alerting project managers of potential problems, audited financial statements and tax returns review, and strong internal controls maintenance.
The portfolio of some of the most notable developments that Jose has been involved with throughout his Accounting career include, among others, The Beach Club in Hallandale Beach, Las Olas Beach Club in Fort Lauderdale, Ocean IV and Trump Towers in Sunny Isles Beach, Alaska in Miami Beach, One Miami and Icon Brickell in Greater Downtown Miami.
Jose has a Bachelor in Accounting and a Master in Accounting from Florida International University (FIU). He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA).
